Pattern Making & Garment Sampling

Wether customers provide only sketches or fully developed styles, HDI can arrange any necessary pattern making and grading as well as all prototyping and sampling.

Bulk Production

Total production lead time can vary greatly depending on greige availability and fabric dying lead times; design requirements like quilting, embroidery or beading as well as total order volume and available production capacities. Extensive sourcing and

production experience enables HDI to achieve the shortest possible lead times.

Accessories Sourcing

HDI's professional team of merchandisers can source any necessary accessories such as linings and interlinings; zippers, buttons and snaps; belts and buckles; labels and more. Depending on customer requirements, HDI can provide high quality brand accessories or source accessories from local suppliers at very competitive prices.

Extensive experience with specialized suppliers enables HDI to offer unique and exclusive printed woven fabrics based on silks, natural fibers and

synthetics. Apart from screen, discharge and rotary printing, HDI also has extensive experience with advanced, innovative printing techniques such as flocking, rubber, foam and silver printing as well as embossing and punching.

Full Service Sourcing

HDI offers full service sourcing by handling all necessary steps from lab-dips, coupons and sample yardages to bulk fabric orders, quality control and financing.

Fabric Sampling
HDI delivers lab-dips, strike-offs and sample yardages as requested. HDI can also arrange standardized compliance tests for fabrics and accessories with internationally renowned partners.

Bulk Fabric
HDI handles all bulk fabric orders and can arrange financing and quality control. HDI only works with piece goods that meet the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 and are guaranteed to be Azo-free.
